Think about the hot Aussie summers, lying on the beach under the scorching sun 🏖 There's only one thing that can beat the summer's heat... lychees!
With a refreshing taste and distinct aroma, no summer outing goes without some fresh fruits! So we decided to make an Aussie flag inspired BBT to help get you through the Summer weather, featuring blues, whites and reds! It's a lychee fruit tea (with a cheeky spin)!

Ingredients

5 Flowers of Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

2 Tablespoons Lychee Syrup
3 Teaspoons Fructose (optional)
1/2 Cup of Ice

40g Strawberry Popping Pearls (Optional)

Instructions
Stir in the Lychee syrup with 250ml of hot water and then add fructose to your desired sweetness. Stir until dissolved. Set aside.
Use a separate cup/flask and place approximately 5 Butterfly Pea Tea Flowers in 200ml of boiled water at 90°C. Steep for 4-6 minutes and watch it slowly turn blue as it infuses!
Assemble
Place half a glass of ice into a cup
Optional: Add in your favourite topping. We recommend the Strawberry Popping Pearls
Pour in Lychee drink
