What is Passionfruit Tea?
Passionfruit is quite an unique tropical fruit, with a sweet, but somewhat citrusy and sour. It's a very refreshing drink! If you've never tried passionfruit before, give this recipe a try!
How to Make Passionfruit Fruit Tea?
We use premium ingredients from Taiwan in our recipes. To make this recipe you will need ingredients that can be found in our delicious packs, you can choose between our passion fruit green tea or black tea.
Feel free to adjust to suit your own taste (especially the sweetness)!

Ingredients

2 Tablespoon Passionfruit Syrup

3 Teaspoons Sugar or any preferred sweetener

1/2 Cup of Ice

250ml hot water

Make your tea:
Place one green tea bag in 250 ml of hot water. Steep for 1-5 minutes (adjust steeping time depending on your preferences- our tea bags are strong!!) and then remove the tea bag.
Stir in the Passionfruit syrup and then add sugar or any sweetener to your desired sweetness. We recommend around 15ml or 3 teaspoons
Stir till dissolved
Assemble:
Place half a glass of ice into a cup.
Optional: Pour in the cooked tapioca pearls or topping of your choice.
Pour in the Passionfruit Fruit Tea solution and you're done!

PRO TIP: If you steep the tea bag in double the water and for longer, you can create two serves of fruit tea.
