"I still remember trying yuzu for the first time a few years ago (before it blew up!) and oh my - citrusy, tangy, sour but super fragrant and refreshing. And that's when I started using yuzu in so many dishes: ice-creams, curds, jams and it hit me: why not combine it with my favourite fruit and BOOM: mango yuzu fruit tea?! Instantly transported to sunny strolls through a Japanese garden, sipping on the most refreshing and fragrant drink." - Bryan Zhu
