What is Kiwi Fruit Tea?
It's a refreshing, fruity and sour-tangy bubble tea that's great for a refreshing kick! If you don't know what kiwi fruit tea tastes like, it's described as a little tart and pleasantly sweet with a bright emerald-green colour!
Add your fave toppings and you'll get a delicious cup of Kiwi Bubble Tea!
How to Make Kiwi Fruit Tea?
We've tried our best to create this recipe for you so we hope you enjoy it!
We use premium ingredients from Taiwan in our recipes. To make this recipe, you will need ingredients that can be found in our delicious packs, you can either choose our mango green tea or black tea kit depending on your preference.
Feel free to adjust to suit your own taste (especially the fructose)!

Ingredients

2 Tablespoon Kiwi Syrup

3 Teaspoons Sugar or any preferred sweetener

1/2 Cup of Ice

250ml hot water

Prepare the Pearls

Make your tea:
Place one green/black tea bag into 250ml boiled water and steep for 1-5 minutes (adjust steeping time depending on your preferences- our tea bags are strong!!)
Add 2 tablespoon (30ml) of Kiwi syrup
Add 3-4 teaspoons of fructose (or adjust to own preference of sweetness)
Stir until dissolved
Assemble:
Place half a glass of ice into a cup
Optional: Pour in the cooked tapioca pearls or topping of your choice.
Pour in the Kiwi Fruit Tea solution and you're done!

PRO TIP: If you steep the tea bag in double the water and for longer, you can create two serves of fruit tea.
