With just the right amount of tartness, this sweet and zesty Grapefruit Fruit Tea is perfect as a refresher for the hot summers ☀️ (or honestly, just whenever you need a quick citrusy pick me up!) 😌
If you're not sure what grapefruit tastes like, it's in between a tart lemon and sweet orange taste with a delicate floral and fragrant quality!
Pair it with your fave topping so you can sit back, relax and enjoy a delightful treat!

Ingredients
1 Green or Black Tea bag
2 Tablespoon Grapefruit Syrup
3 Teaspoons Fructose
1/2 Cup of Ice
Tapioca Pearls (optional)
Instructions
Let's start:
Place one green or black tea bag in 250 ml of hot water. Steep for 3-10 minutes (depends on personal preference) and then remove the tea bag.
Stir in the Grapefruit syrup and then add fructose to your desired sweetness. We recommend around 15ml or 3 teaspoons.
Stir till dissolved.
Assemble:
Place half a glass of ice into a cup.
Optional: Add in your favourite topping.
Pour in the Grapefruit Fruit Tea solution and you're done!
Aand you're finished!
PRO TIP: If you steep the tea bag in double the water and for longer, you can create two serves of fruit tea.
Drink and love your DIY Grapefruit Fruit Tea.
