New Loyalty Launch Explainer for our Bubblers

Hey guys!

Thank you so much for your support over the past year and a half since the BBT Club started, it really means so so much to us to have you guys let us know whenever there are any issues with our website and programs.

We recently soft-launched our new Loyalty program to gauge some feedback from our Bubblers. We're currently working on an explainer page for you guys that will break down all the new features of the program so that you can have the know-how on how it works!

We've had some of you guys let us know that there have been issues with your 'Pearls' or points not being transfered over so here's an FYI:

"With the new implementation of the loyalty platform, we were able to transfer over existing loyalty points from our previous platform however old orders will not be counted towards the new challenges.
You may see that you have a decreased number of points in comparison to our previous program, this is purely due to the conversion of the point value towards the new system, rest assured that your points mean just as much to our new system as they did in the old."

If you find that your points have not been transferred over, please send an email to website@bubbleteaclub.com.au with your name and account email address and we'll amend that for you as quick as we can.

All Bubblers from our previous loyalty program will also receive 700 free points to show our appreciation!
