Making Sugar Free Bubble Tea
So, you're ready to try some sugar-free bubble tea that is also zero-calorie so you can have as much as you want!
Let's get into it!
Note: This also includes our recipe for the tapioca pearls.
Prepare the Pearls
Prepare 360ml of water in a small pot and bring to a rolling boil over a stove.
Put pearls into the boiling water.
Cook over a low flame and stir occasionally for 20 minutes or until your desired chewiness. Stir occasionally.
Drain the water and rinse the pearls with water. They are now READY!
Make your tea:
Place one green/black tea bag into 250ml boiled water and steep for 1-5 minutes (adjust steeping time depending on your preferences- our tea bags are strong!!)
We’d recommend to have the tea a little bit stronger for our sugar-free bubble teas. ;)
Add 4 tablespoons (30ml) of Sugar-Free Bubble Tea Syrup
Stir until dissolved
Place your ice into a cup
Optional: Pour in the cooked tapioca pearls.
Pour in the tea and stir!
If you have a reusable BBT Club cup, you can also close the top of the lid and shake to really get the flavours mixed!

It's 0 calories without the tapioca pearls. 70 calories with the pearls.
