TIPS & TRICKS
For our loose leaf teas, the typical ratio is 2 teaspoons per cup for hot tea, or four teaspoons per cup for iced tea. 1L teapot will need around 8 teaspoons of tea for a hot brew. This can be adjusted according to personal preference. More tea leaves, stronger taste.
If you're adding milk to your black tea, brew the tea for a little longer to let that tea flavour shine!
Before you make your tea, add a bit of hot water into your teapot or cup, swirl around, and discard. This will keep your tea from cooling too quickly!
