Handling Time

To make sure you get to make your own bubble tea as soon as possible, we strive to process all our orders as quickly as possible. Orders are normally dispatched in 1-2 business days.

Delivery

We use Australia Post and Seko as our trustworthy delivery partners.

Standard shipping can vary from 2 to 14 business days, but in most cases, you should allow approximately 7 business days from the purchase date. 

Due to COVID-19 our delivery partners have been experiencing significant delays due to social distancing measures and increased parcel volumes.

All postage orders are supplied with a tracking number to help you keep track of your delivery.

Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address after the order is placed?

Please contact our team and they will follow it up for you. If your order has not been shipped yet then we can change it for you.

What if it is too late to cancel an order?

If it is unfortunately too late to process the cancellation, we are still able to organize a return of the items in order to process a refund for you as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The returned item(s) must be sealed and in brand new condition;
  • There must be proof of purchase(eg. receipt or order number); and
  • Any return postage and initial postage will be covered by the buyer.

Items can be returned to us by post to our return postal address 6 Edinburgh Street, Oakleigh South, 3167, Victoria, Australia, after providing us with the tracking number. 

Please note that any return postage must be covered at the customer’s expense.

 As soon as we receive the item(s), the refund can be initiated to the payment details used to make the initial order.
