Ingredients
1 Green Teabag
270 ml Hot Water
30 ml Peach Syrup
20 ml Fructose (or as sweet as desired)
2 Tbsp Orange popping Pearls
2 Tbsp Strawberry popping Pearls
2 Tbsp Blueberry popping Pearls
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon juice (Not included in the pack)
40 ml ‘Patola’ cardamom Gin
½ Cup Ice
Instructions
Let's get started
Place the teabag in 250 ml of Hot water and steep for 2-5 mins
Allow to cool and add the peach syrup and fructose (as desired). Keep aside to chill (in a refrigerator for 15 mins)
In another bowl, mix the popping pearls, and add the gin and keep them aside (in a refrigerator for 15 mins)
Assemble
Fill the serving glass with ice (as desired)
Pour the Gin and the popping pearls mixture over the ice
Top it up with the chilled Peach Ice Tea
